I'm an researcher, educator, and designer working at the intersection of design and service. I'm currently work as a Qualitative Design Researcher at Quotient Design Research and as a Lecturer teaching Needfinding at Stanford. My focus is on building sustainable systems that work for ordinary people using the tools of research and education.
